By placing a binding order in the hurrycurry.cz e-shop, the buyer confirms that they agree with the Terms and Conditions for the delivery of goods. The relationship between the buyer and the seller is governed by these Terms and Conditions, which are binding on both parties.


Ordering Goods

The hurrycurry.cz e-shop offers convenient shopping directly from your home. In case of any questions regarding the goods, please contact us.

The subject of the contract is exclusively the goods specified in the purchase contract (order). The validity of an electronic order requires the truthful completion of all required data specified in the order form.

The order constitutes a draft purchase contract. The purchase contract itself is concluded upon delivery of the goods.

VIII. Complaints Procedure

Hurry Curry recommends checking delivered goods immediately upon receipt.

If discrepancies are found, contact the establishment where the order was placed immediately. Contact details are available at www.hurrycurry.cz.

If quality standards are not met or the order is incorrect, an exchange or discount on the next order may be offered.

Complaints must be made on the day of purchase during opening hours or immediately after delivery if delivered after hours.

To file a complaint, please have your receipt or order number ready.

Complaints without a receipt cannot be processed.

The delivery person is obliged to issue a printed receipt. If a receipt is not issued, payment is not required.

By confirming and submitting an order (including phone orders), you consent to the use of your personal data for customer registration and receiving promotional communications.


XI. Final Provisions

By submitting an order via the online form, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

The controller reserves the right to amend these terms. Updated versions will be published on the website and sent to the customer’s email address.

These Terms and Conditions enter into force on May 25, 2018.
